Kings University secures NUC’s Approval for 4 new academic programmes

Kings University secures NUC’s Approval for 4 new academic programmes Kings University has secured the approval of the National Universities Commission to commence four (4) new academic programmes effective from the 2020/2021 academic session, This followed the successful resource verification visit of the Commission to the University in December 2020.

In a letter signed by the Director, Academic Planning. Dr. N.B Saliu on behalf of the NUC Executive Secretary, the approved programmes are as follows

1 Mass Communication

2 Criminology and Security Studies

3. Entrepreneurship, and

4. Cybersecurity

Speaking on the development, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Adenike Kuku expressed her delight with the approval granted for all the four programmes presented as it is a demonstration of the University’s expansion drive as well as compliance to the NUC regulatory processes.
